LV Artwork

Recently I viewed some of the works of japanese artist Takashi Murakami. Mr. Murakami has several works showing at the Brooklyn Museum (link). I enjoy the pieces of artwork related to Louis Vuitton collection - well in fact Mr. Murakami has created much of LV's colorful collection (link).

An exhibit of Murakami's artwork (link) will be viewable at the Brooklyn Museum through July 13, 2008. Directions to the museum can be found here (link). The Murakami artwork is on the fourth and fifth floors.

Also on the first floor is an exhibit of Japanese prints from the 1770's - 1900. I was reminded of a book that I read by Jessica Amanda Salmonson - AJS (link) called Tomoe Gozen (more on Tomoe here ... link). Two other books by AJS regarding the Tomoe gozen character (link)

Welcome to my Circle

It's amazing what one can do in this world. The ability to take the trivial and turn it inside out so that we are seeing not what is or what was, but what might have been. A journey of 1000 steps begins with one.

Light a candle and step into my circle.

燃點蠟燭,並加強到我的圈子
